looking for a right hand and left hand gizmo that opens and closes a large anderson window. Installed @ 2010. It is 17 5/8 inch long. See picture attached. In the picture it is the long piece in the middle of the picture (still attached to the ratchet type handle) and not the lower piece (that was ordered by mistake and is similar but too short). Thanks.

It turns out that the picture is upside down so the item I want to replace is the lower item which is the longer item in the picture. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-331 comes to mind. The arm measures 14" when measured as shown below. I recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to confirm they match what you need.

Very similar. Close. Your picture shows rounded edges on the part where the screw holes are while on ours they are square. The 14 inch distance is exact. The 3 inch distance on yours is roughly 3 3/4 inch on ours. I came up with a number if it helps C-9400A-1. I would really need the right hand one and I would also purchase a left hand one if you have it. Thanks. Check the photo attached.

I thought I sent this once but apparently not. The piece in your picture looks very similar to what I am looking for. The 14 inch dimension is right on. Turns out the 3 inch dimension is 3 3/4 on mine but otherwise pretty close. On your piece the edges where the screw holes are are rounded and on mine they are squared. I found a number on the unit C-9400A-1 if that helps. I would need the right side unit most but also a left side unit as back up. Thanks.

I'm afraid we don't sell your exact operator assembly. The 39-331 would be our best and closest option though. For the opposite-handed version, see the 39-332. You can find our return policy here if you decide to try this part out.
