Hi - I have a newly-installed Anderson 200 series double-hung window. I would like to limit the opening of the lower window to something under 4" while still having the ability to fully lower and open the top window. Do you if such a device exists? Thank you for your advice!
As a second-best outcome, it would be okay to prevent the lower window from being raised as long as the top window were free to move up and down. Thanks.
