I need additional help identifying the correct casement window mechanism.

See if our 39-171 and 39-172 match what you need. Go over the dimensions and see if you think this set matches what you need. If not, please show us pictures of the entire assembly, including the base of the operator.

Okay I know see that there are several pieces to the mechanism. I see what I need is a new tract and the piece on the bottom corner of the window that fits into the tract. Hopefully you can see the pieces I need from the attached pictures. The operator I have is functioning well it the window that wont stay on the tract. Thank you for you help identifying the pieces I will need.

In that case it looks like you need a new hinge set. Check out our 36-048. Go over the dimensions to ensure it matches your old hinge hardware.
