window operator with a different arm size

Question

The dimensions on the 39-419 are the same as the one I need except the length from the rivet to the center of the 3/8" hole on mine is 2 3/4". There is I H Co. 790 inside my unit. Help!

Hello! If the link arm size is the only difference, then I think you'll still be okay. This kind of window has a bit of play in the linkage, so a replacement operator can have a different sized link arm and still work.
