window operator right hand

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I am not certain what these dimensions means, or even what kind of operator you need. Could you show us a photo of the operator, preferably removed from the window and with the gear arm(s) in view? This would help us immensely in identifying a replacement. Many thanks.
