window operator track inquiry

Question

I have Milgard awning windows. I am trying to buy four of these tracks. I noticed you sell channel guides but my style has the slider already in the track. It's hard to see it but it's on the left side of the photo near the second hole from the left. It is white and the operator arm pops into it. Over the years, they cracked or became too loose to hold the operator arm.
Please let me know.

Hello,

I suspect that the guide in your track should attach to the end of the operator arm but was detached or broke off. We would need to see your entire operator assembly and the guide removed from the track to confirm what you have and the track that would be compatible with your assembly. Thank you!
