It's hard to tell what you have in your photos. Your tape measure is actually blocking a very important part of the operator arms that we need to see to determine the best match. Can you show me a clearer picture of those arms without obstruction?

That's perfect, thank you! I recommend our 39-187 and 39-188 operators. These have the same shape gear arm as your original and I am confident that they will repair your window.

As long as your old stud brackets are in good condition then I see no reason why they need to be reused.

I see what you mean. Usually this doesn't make too much of a difference but sometimes it can, and I guess you're one of the "sometimes." I'm afraid we don't have these operators with alternate arm lengths, though. This is the only size we can provide. Do you  have room to adjust the position of the mounting bracket on the sash to make up the difference?
