I'm not sure what this is. It may be a "weep hole cover" or a "sash stop." Can you send a clearer photo? As well, what is the function of this part?

I have sent you a more clear picture of this window part.. This is a part that hangs from a spring, in a window sash, and I THINK it may be called a window sash shoe (IDK). The edge piece of the window locks in this, then you can slide the window up, or down... I hope this helps.. Thank You

Based on what I am seeing, I believe your part may be from a jamb liner. If it in fact is, you will need to take one of your jamb liners and sash to your nearest mill work and they provide you with a new replacement.

I think what Paul is saying is that if a substitute exists or is available, you would need to see a millwork, as they are the only people left who really handle jamb liners.
