The Window Sash is 18 Lbs.
The channel balance is 29.25 inches long.
I believe the appropriate model is
Channel Balances
> Non-Tilt Window
> 1/2" Width
> S351
> 29" Series 351 Channel Balance
can you please confirm?
Thank you Anthony

Hi there, Anthony. I do also believe that the Series 351 channel balances can be used on place of your current balance. Just confirm your measurements match up with ours, and then you will be good to go.
