These are the side pieces that hold the window up (up and down window), the metal part is 25 7/8" long, including the plastic end pieces it is 26 7/8"

7/16" wide, 1/2" front to back

The little silver sticker on the inside of the window says: Series 810 code pp0403

These windows were the original windows on the townhouse build in 1998 by Shapell Homes (now no longer in existence) at Liberty Commons in Fremont, CA. Thanks!

Hello,

The S385-26 looks like the correct replacement balance for you as long as the bottom attachment measures 1-3/32" in depth. You'll also need to choose a spring strength option for your balance based on the stamp on your old balance. Thank you!
