Question

Please advise what this part is, it's off my sash single hung non-tilt window. Reference picture, this is the top part of the window sash that goes into the window frame and allows the spiral balance to stay in place.

This looks like the kind of Top Sash Guide used with non-tilt spiral balances. See if either our 18-063 or 18-001 match what you need.
