Hello! We unfortunately don't sell this exact top sash guide, but you should be able to use our 18-171 as a replacement as long as you're willing to make some alterations. Namely, the top portion has to be cut down to size so that it will fit in the space available. Just note that any product altered in this way can't be returned for a refund; you can see our return policy here for more information. We also recommend using safety gloves like our 75-073, just to play it safe.
