Thanks for posting! The hardware installed in the window is part of a coil balance assembly. This is what supports the weight of the sash when opening the window. I'll need to see the compatible pivot shoe to determine the correct replacement.

Your tilt latches resemble either the 26-393A or 26-393B latch pairs. To determine which of these is the best fit for your repairs, take a look over the diagrams below. In addition to comparing the measurements, you'll need to be sure to compare the design of the latch as well.

The vent latch you have is similar in style to either the 26-122 Vent (only available in beige or black) or the 26-474 Vent Stop; the 26-122 is of limited supply.
