window part

A home owner from St Augustine says:
Hi, I'm trying to find a replacement part for a window I installed a very long time ago. I think it's called a latch. It's the piece that keeps the window in the track and, I think, allows it to be tilted inward. The number on the jamb is
8501-1 110304-5
I bought the window in Philadelphia, PA, I'm pretty sure at a Home Depot. I'm in St Augustine Florida.
I appreciate any help you can provide in fixing this situation.
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi, Stephen. Could we just see a photo of the latch? We need to know the shape and size.
