window part identification

Question

Hi, unknown window manufacturer. We have many windows that are "guillotine" windows. I'm trying to identify replacement parts. They are single hung, tilt out spiral windows. Will probably replace spiral balancer, "receptacle" (don't know what you call it) for the window sash pins and actual window sash pins. You can see from photos from this one particular window that the pin has rusted out and broken off into plastic "receptacle". Looks like the pin is a small cassette held on by two screws that I hopefully can unscrew, remove and replace. Please help identify all parts possible. I intend to order everything for one window from you and then if everything fits properly, I will place x times order for all windows. Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us! I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the spiral balance and pivot shoe you have here but there are a few details you'll need to gather before we can move forward. Take a look at the video tutorials below for an idea on how to remove the pivot shoe and pivot bar as well as what we would need to properly identify the balances.

In the meantime, the sweep lock reminds me of the 90-180 Window Sash Lock. Carefully compare the dimensions to determine if this is the right fit.
