I am repair an aluminum single hung window with spiral spring balances ordering from SWISCO. I need to also order the small plastic parts shown in the center of the photo but could not find it. I have all my other items in the shopping car but waiting for adding this item. Please help.

It appears that you are in need of a new face guide. If possible, to move forward we will need to see the original guide removed to view the overall style. From there we can review to determine if we can offer a suitable replacement option.
