window parts

50DHWIV428.813x26.500  What holds the window in place.These windows were installed by Master Works co in early 2000 time.  Always been easy to manage. top can be pulled down and out to clean; bottom push upward and open inside as well.  The component that holds the screen in on side is messing up. Two have broken.

Are you referring to your coil balance or channel balance?

If you're referring to your coil balance, we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

If it's your channel balance you're referring to, we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.
