I'm one of the building maintenance men for my church located in Boardman, Ohio.
We have Thermalux windows installed in a couple areas of our building. they are aluminum frame tilt in's with spiral balancers (35 Inch long). I would like to know if you have a distributor in my area or can the church purchase directly from SWISCO

We do carry a cast selection of replacement balances but we would need to see photos of one of your original balances uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
