Hello, thank you for posting,
It sounds like your window uses channel balances. To further review, we will need to see one of the balances removed from the window where we can see the top and bottom attachments along with the style of the bottom hook. From there we can confirm which series is needed and the right stamp option to support the sash. Thank you!
