I ordered and received part 15-192 (x14) - order # 2355538 -, but it does not fit in the grove as it is too thick.
I dismantled a pivot shoe that come with the "spring". Do I need other parts?
Can I sent you back the 14 pivot shoes?

Your photo does resemble the 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section on the 15-192 product page. Past customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down a bit to install it in their window jamb. This is not uncommon since the style of the shoe has changed a bit over the years.
