window parts

Question

Bought this house about 2 years ago and some of the windows need repair. From what I'm able to determine the are MI series 3500 single hung windows with lift coils on both sides. The clips to lock the sliding window in the tracks are also broken on some of them

Your photos resemble the 15-180 pivot shoe. Review the specifications below compared to yours. If it's a match, see the 15-186 clip and 15-182 Drums. These parts work with Series 190 Coil Balance springs, sold separately. See the related videos on this page to assist you.

We can't be sure of the tilt latch you need with the original still installed, but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-471 pair to your original latches. Thanks for posting.
