Window Balance 31 5 FV CMC 2

Question

i'm looking to replace two crank mechanisms for our casement windows. I need both the crank and base parts.
also, i see some spring balance parts, but I need to replace all 4 spring balances on our two vertically hung windows - white vinyl 32" long, 1/2" wide.
I didn't see with part on your site, but you have others that are of similar "family".
Hoping you can tell me if you have these parts.

Thank you for contacting us. For your window balance, is there any way you send us a few more detailed photos of the nylon ends and depths of the balance shoe? We would also need the imprint and length of the channel balance. As for your casement operator, could you provide for us the length of the long and short arm? All of this will help us determining which replacement parts we can recommend for you.
