window parts needed

Hi,

I need all of the items in the photos provided. The spiral window balances needed are 24" and 26". Can you provide numbers needed so I can order.

Hello,

You'll need to measure the diameter of your balance tube to choose between the S600 (5/8") and S900 (3/8") spiral balances.

As for your sash lock, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory.

We'll also need to see your internal tilt latch, pivot shoe, and pivot bar fully removed from the window. See the related videos for assistance. Thank you!
