need to ID window sash clips and snap in glazing. Using S380-37 balances.

Are shorter balances (31")with marking of 30 3 BO Caldwell same as S380-31?

Hello! Your top sash guide looks like our 18-124P, which is used on Rollyson windows. With that in mind, your glazing may be our 55-158, also used on Rollyson. Look over its dimensions and shape to confirm.

Concerning your smaller balance, there's a good chance that it's also the Series 380 but you should check to make sure its nylon fittings match to be sure. No need to guess when you can check.
