window pats needed

Hi - Would you know what these are? I need two white covers and one brown. Some are pretty stripped so ideally we could try a few handles as well. Thanks!!

The numbers you gave are actually related to the insulated glass manufacturer, not the window manufacturer. Either way, I recognize the parts as Truth, so you can use our 39-114L for the handle and 39-107 for the operator cover.
