window pile cannot be removed

I was going to order widow pile for 8 windows but I tried you method of removing the old pile with a
flat head screw driver and also tried a small needle nose plier but it

Hello! I'm afraid your question got cut off, but I assume you were going to say our methods did not work. Looking at your picture, it's possible your wool pile is locked in somehow, perhaps by small notches along the track or even at the corner of the sash. Carefully look over the frame and see if anything is pushing in on the pile, holding it in place.
