window pivot bar

I hope you can help me fix a window
I have a double hung window with a broken pivot bar  
stamped part number 9808 
overall length is 3 3/8"
screw hole centers 1" apart
Measurement: pin's end to first screw hole center 1 1/8" 
pin extends 7/8" from the side of the sash. 
Pictures show the part and the only label on the window.
