window pivot bar/pin

I am looking to replace one window pivot bar for a window that was built in june of 1995 for my townhome. the pieces on the floor are the broken can and the one attached to the window is on the other side of this window and is not broken. the length is 2 1/2 long , and the width is 1/2 inch. i am having a hard time finding a replacement as this piece is more than twenty years old. any help to find the exact replacement part is greatly appreciated.
