window pivot shoe ?

I was just asked to look at this. 2 years ago the window was tilted inward and something broke on the left side. I found this pivot shoe unattached in the side track. I don't see and MFG markings on the window frame. I don't know how the window is made up, everything is covered top to bottom of the slide track.

I just replaced 4 spiral balances on a totally different window and got familiar with it's build up and parts so I am assuming this is the same but different. I don't see any gap in the track to remove the pivot shoe unlike the other window I just worked on.I think they over rotated the window when they were tilting it inward. I remember from a video that it should not be rotated inwards too much.

I took everything apart and found the pieces of the Pivot Bar and measured them. Pivot bar is only thing broken. I don't see the exact part in your stock. Here is what it looks like and measurements of it's profile.
I guess if I can get something close I could make it fit by cutting it down and filling the holes with a solid rivet and moving the hole pattern to the correct spacing. In other words make it work some how.
