We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see photos of intact versions of the parts that you need uninstalled to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us but, as we mentioned, we would need to see intact versions of the parts that you need fully removed from the window to narrow down your options. If you need the pivot shoes and pivot bars, we would need to see both parts uninstalled. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe to compare to our inventory.
