HI - the house was built in 1920 - This is a front porch window. There had been a small rod sticking out of the round section. I don't need an exact replacement, but something that will do the same function. Thanks

We don't carry an exact match to what you show in your photos. However, take a look at the 39-077 brass window adjuster and the 39-268 old-style wood casement operator. One of these could work for your window. Take a look at the specifications below and the related videos. Thanks for posting.
