window repair

Question

When i try to open this window it actually falls out.   I'm guessing in needs something on the part where it slides.  We have 3 other windows the same as this.  Any thoughts of what i need?

Thanks for reaching out to us! If this is a tilt window, there is a chance the issue could be a damaged tilt latch.

Although, I'll need to see the hardware in the window to determine what replacements you need to repair it. Unfortunately, the sticker doesn't not provide the information needed to identify them.
