window repair

In march of 2002 we purchased and replaced 11 windows in our house, we were told that we had a lifetime guarantee on all windows and screens no matter what happened to them, Now that it's been a few years we have 4 windows that are broken, not the glass , the window itself doesn't work, my husband almost lost a finger when 1 came smashing down and pinned him in it, also we need 3/4 screens replaced but i've tried all the numbers on all my paperwork and none of them are good numbers anymore, I called sears and they want nothing to do with it even though it was them that I went through to purchase the windows in the first place, so what do I do now? I would like them to be fixed but who do I call?
