Not positive this applies but we have another property we are working at that has what appear to be the same windows with what look like exactly the same coils and shoes that i can send you the photo of the little bit of info it had on its label if you would like it. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but take a look at the 15-228. Review the specifications and see if the thickness and width match up.
Are there any numbers stamped on the old spring? If not, feel free to get back to us with the sash weight and we can calculate the appropriate coil weights.

Thank you! It looks like the spring is stamped 5.5. Is the width of the spring band 1/2"? If so, see the S160-05 5.5-pound spring sold separately). You can reuse the old spring supports if they're in good shape, but see the 15-150S single spring support if you need a new one.
