window replacement part

what is the correct replacement part for this?

it says 14 5 BW CMC 2

I measured the metal length = 15" and width = 1/2"

I want to buy 2

Thanks for writing in, Jon. This looks like either an S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon fitting, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1450.
