window replacement parts

Question

I'm not sure what to use to replace the whole innards of the windows in my home.  None of the "balances" look like mine.  Also, as long as I know I need a pivot shoe and I know it's depth and width, does it matter which I get?  I'll send photos!

Hello,

This is an old-style rod balance that is no longer available but the S775 channel balance uses that same type of shoe and can be used as a direct replacement. Thanks for posting!
