The part shown in your photo resembles the 15-191 pivot shoe, which uses the S160 coil springs and related items shown on our product pages. I would also recommend comparing the dimensions of the 26-444 to your pivot bar. 

As for your weatherstripping, our closest replacement options would be the 58-182 or 58-171 foam seals shown below. Thanks for posting!
