window replacement parts

I believe it's a shoe I just don't know which type.

I already submitted a request; however, I didn't include a pic of the measurements, so that's what I'm doing now. I'm not sure how you would calculate the thickness of the pivot shoe. I would appreciate some help, thanks so much.
