I am restoring my windows back to something like original;
The spiral balancers are 9/16 in diameter with the upper sash being 32" long with a red tip, and the lower being 38" long with an orange tip (I dont see orange as an option).
THe pivot blocks appear to be your 15-121, but they seem to be a bit larger than 9/16 but less than 5/8; is there n intermediate size, or will the 15-121 work?
The only writing on the window is "plastmo" molded in the extrusion used to make the window frame. not sure who made them, but it is apparent that the previous owner had issues with these windows based on the number of "fixes" I have seen in the few windows I have checked.

Hello,
Take a look at our S600 spiral balances with red tip options for both lengths. They measure 5/8" in diameter, which is the same as 9/16" in the trade.
As for your pivot shoe, we'll need you to confirm the exact width and thickness of your original shoe to determine the correct replacement. Thank you!
