Hi, we have a broken roller piece on one of our windows. No clue what kind they are, there are no markings at all on any of them. The first picture is inside the window. The second one is the piece that's broken (across the bottom), and the third one is just taken apart a little. Thanks for any help you can give us!

Thanks for posting! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. We don't have this exact style, but see our 15-192. I think this will work for you.
