I have an order with you currently. This window is no not opening correctly. i cant find the cross reference #29c w, on your web site. Can you help me? This channel is 30 inches and is the 1/2" channel. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I cannot identify your balance based on this stamp alone. Could I see a few pictures of both ends of the balance? Thanks!

Hey, thanks for posting. It's hard to tell based on these pictures. Can you confirm that the bottom shoe has wings, like the top attachment? If so, then I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
