window sash balance 2230 & 2130

Hello trying to change window sash balance but one in the right side is 2230 and in the left 2130. I am confuse and can't find replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's odd that you have two differently stamped balances in the same window. We may be able to help but we would need to see photos of both balances removed from the window to determine your replacement options. I recommend watching the video below which goes over the details we're looking for.

Is there an identical window in the house? If there is, I recommend checking that window's balances to see if they have the same stamps.

Thanks!! I will do that. Its going to take me some time because it is in a second home out in the west part. Once I have them I will post them. Thanks again for your prompt response.
