window sash balance rod weight 2965

I need to replace a balance rod, it looks to be your 390 series 30" the number stamped on the rod is 2964. Your options are 2960 or 2965 Should I get the 2965?

We'd be happy to recommend a replacement balance for you but since your stamp seems to be unique, I'd like to see a picture of an undamaged balance removed from the window and the stamp itself to make sure you purchase the correct balance. Thank you!
