window sash balance and clip replacement

Question

I'm having trouble locating a sash balance with the same stamp as our window. Ours is stamped 13 3.  The metal portion of the balance is 13.5" long.

We can certainly supply these balances for you but it will have to be a custom order. We just sent over an order link and price quote in a separate email for you to review.

Unfortunately, the take out clip in your last photo is no longer available but you should be able to use a screw in the jamb liner to serve the same function when removing your balances. Thanks for posting!
