I've been looking at all your sash guides can't find any that would match perfectly but I found one that looks like it would work your

Hi there!

We don't have an exact match for this but take a look at our 18-009. We've seen variations of this top sash guide with these tabs in the past and we don't believe they're important. Compare our dimensions with yours and see if this matches up.
