window sash channel plastic part

Hello,

The pictures attached are of a plastic part that is inside the window sash channel, and is associated with the balance spring locking into place. I have one of these that has broken, as you can see. My channel balance part number is S385-25 : 25" Series 385 Channel Balance. Is the plastic part something I can order?

This looks like a dead ringer for our 18-008 top sash guide. Take a look and make sure that our dimensions match up to your existing hardware to confirm. Thanks for posting!
