Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-448 resembles what you show here. I wonder if this could be what you need. Review the specifications and see if they align with your old guide.

This appears to be what I'm looking for. Only one measurement is slightly off. the 1 5/16" measurement is 1 1/2" on mine. But I think that will be ok. Thanks for you help!
