Good Morning the cord broke in one of our window sashs I have submitted 3 photos, I am looking for replacement parts.

See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as illustrated below, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2640.
