Smaller window sash lift handle

The Part I'm looking for is identical to your window sash lift handle 26-116. However I only have one quarter inch space not three-quarter inch. Do you have a part like that?

That is an odd size. I would like to see a photo of what you are replacing and where it will be installed on your sash. That would help us suggest what part could fit on your window. Thanks!
