I have reordered window balances from you before and when we tried to fix our window something snapped and I ended up with a hole in the top part of the window part that opens as the balance went straight through it. I was so done trying to fix this window that I didn't look at it for another year or two, until yesterday. I finally took the bottom out and realized there seems to be a plastic part on the side of the window that has broken off (see the two different pictures), which explains why the balance went right through it. It seems you sell these kind of parts, but there's so many of them I don't know which one to order. I have Atrium windows, not sure if you need any other info to help me narrow things down? Could you please let me know if you carry the correct part for my window so I can finally open it again this summer?
